OVERVIEW

Laowa’s first dedicated cinema lens, the OOOM (Out Of Our Minds) 25-100mm T2.9, that includes the tailored 1.33x anamorphic Rear adapter and 1.4x full frame expander, is the ideal zoom lens for the cinematographer looking to jump from still photo lenses into the world of professional cinema zooms. It’s robust build quality and crisp image put it in a class well above it’s price tag. The OOOM features a constant T2.9 aperture throughout the zoom range, a 270° focus rotation for smooth, precise focus pulls, standard zoom, focus, and iris gears, and a common 114mm front ring.
The optical design is tailored for Super 35 format cameras and is comprised of 20 elements in 16 groups. A 9-bladed aperture makes for very nice, circular bokeh. This optional Bundle includes a case along with the tailored 1.33x Anamorphic Rear Adapter and 1.4x Full Frame Expander.
